The Sunol Glen School District focuses on improving student achievement through several key initiatives. It participates in the California Assessment of Student Performance and Progress (CAASPP) to assess student progress in core subjects. The district’s Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP) outlines goals and strategies to enhance education, with input from the community. The School Accountability Report Card (SARC) provides information on school performance and safety. Additionally, the School Site Council (SSC), made up of parents and staff, helps guide decisions on school programs and budgets, ensuring alignment with district goals. The Expanded Learning Opportunities Program (ELOP) is designed to offer students an enriching experience beyond regular school hours, with a focus on both academic support and personal development.
