About ParentSquare
ParentSquare is a communication platform designed to enhance engagement between schools, parents, and students. It allows for seamless messaging, announcements, event scheduling, and sharing of important updates. The platform aims to foster collaboration and community involvement by providing tools for real-time communication, which can include direct messaging, group chats, and access to school calendars. This helps parents stay informed and connected with their child's education​​ If you need to log in click the ParentSquare login, located on the right.

  • Contact School
    Please establish contact with the district by one of the following listed below. This will allow us to better assist you with your enrollment process: • Visiting Secretary & Registrar, Cynthia Grant, at the school's administration offices; • Calling directly at (925-862-2026); • By email at: cgrant@sunol.k12.ca.us; • By submitting your information onto our Interest Form (or copy & paste this URL: https://forms.gle/ExMZXkqFuQHhcDgk9)
  • Online Enrollment
    After making contact in Step One, we then encourage are Sunol Residents to begin the Online Enrollment process for their student(s). You will use our online system to enter your student's information, your contact and address information, medical & education history, as well as upload required forms/acknowledgements. Our Online Enrollment system may be accessed at: https://sunolglenusd.aeries.net/air/. Our Online Enrollment Walk-Thru Guide may be accessed by clicking here. *Please review all documentation in the menu below that you will need to have on hand while completing your Online Enrollment.
  • Logging Into Your New Parent Portal Account
    After submitting your student's Online Enrollment information, the Registrar's Office will verify all Required Documents and that your student's data is complete. You will then receive an auto-generated email from our Student Information System (Aeries) which will provide you with login information to your new Parent Portal Account. Aeries is the online system all Sunol Glen parents use for their Annual Registration, to update contact information as needed, review absences, as well as access Middle School student grades. Parent Portal accounts are only created for and accessible to enrolled students and their parents. Should you encounter any issues receiving your login email or have trouble accessing your Parent Portal Account, please email support@sunol.k12.ca.us.
